Who we are

toucamp is an app built for day camps, developed and operated by Solutions Nexarts inc. ("toucamp", "we"), a Quebec company that also operates the Qidigo platform. This policy applies to the toucamp.com website and its "Reserve my spot" form.

Information we collect

When you fill out the "Reserve my spot" form, we collect:

• your name and email address;
• your camp's name and your role at the camp;
• the number of campers and your camp's region;
• the language of the page you used.

We collect only what is strictly necessary. We do not collect any information about children on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to:

• tell you about the toucamp launch;
• invite you to try the app early;
• contact you about your camp and its needs.

We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Consent

By submitting the form, you consent to our use of your information for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying to one of our emails or by writing to the person in charge listed below.

Hosting and disclosure

The form is processed by our service hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Canada (Montréal) region, then emailed to the Solutions Nexarts team. Only people who need it for their work can access it.

Our service providers (hosting, email) may be located in Canada or in other jurisdictions. We have contracts with them to keep the data we entrust to them secure, and we carry out a privacy impact assessment before disclosing any personal information outside Quebec. Information transferred this way could be accessible to foreign government agencies under applicable laws.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then destroy it in line with our internal policies. You may ask us to delete it at any time by contacting the person in charge: requests are handled within 10 business days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The form's technical logs record only whether a submission was sent, never what you entered. We apply technical and administrative safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information to protect it against loss, theft and unauthorized access or use.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. A single functional cookie, lang, remembers your language choice for one year; it contains nothing that identifies you. You can block it in your browser settings, in which case the site follows your browser's language.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access or correct your information, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it by writing to the person in charge below.
